COVID-19 GUIDELINES

In order for Mountain Lacrosse to continue to have access to EPRD fields, we MUST follow state and local guidelines outlined below:

• Players will play lacrosse on the field. On the sidelines and off the playing field, players should social distance and wear masks when social distancing is not attainable.
• Players should not congregate and should immediately vacate the field when practice is over.
• Players should not share equipment or water bottles.
• Coaches should social distance and wear face masks when distance is not attainable.
• Parents should drop off and pick up players for practice at Stagecoach field. There should be no congregating in common areas. On the field, parents MUST wear masks and social distance.

The ability for Mountain Lacrosse to access fields and get our players back on the field is completely contigent upon us following state and local guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation.

Practice Schedule: GIRLS

Tuesdays 12-2pm at Stagecoach July 7/14/21/28 and Thursdays 9:30-11:30am at Marshdale July 9/23/30 and 12-2pm July 16 at Marshdale for all age groups. There will be no scheduled practices in August.

Practice Schedule: BOYS

AYL will offer a short season in August.  Many questions remain, however, below is what we do know.  Please keep in mind that things are changing daily. We appreciate your flexibility as we try to get players back on the field.

BOYS-

• Practice begins the week of July 20.  Teams will practice once a week.
• Each team will play 6 games between August 1 - 31.  Games can be played any day of the week. Away games will be in the Denver area.
• Targeting doing 7v7.
• 8th graders CAN play.
• Team formation will depend on numbers at each grade level. The goal will be to keep spring teams together if numbers allow.
• Players will wear the same uniforms as in the spring. If you do not have a uniform, you may wear a light/dark pennie or contact  for a limited supply of uniforms to purchase.
• Waiver required to play.
• Recommend social distancing and masks off the field. On the field, players will play regular lacrosse.
• Fees: $50.00 (to cover AYL League fees and EPRD field usage fees). If the season is cancelled before the first game, refunds will be 100%. If cancelled midseason, refunds will be prorated. If you have issues applying your spring credit, please email  .

GIRLS-

• Open to girls in grades 2nd-8th. We hope to offer a learn to play clinic in September for new players in grades k-5th.  
• Practice offered on Tuesdays 12-2pm at Stagecoach July 7/14/21/28 and Thursdays 9:30-11:30am at Marshdale July 9/23/30 and 12-2pm July 16 at Marshdale for all age groups. There will be no scheduled practices in August.
• Each team will play 6 games between August 1 - 31. Games will be on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Sundays across the Denver area.
• MLAX will form grade based teams and combine grades if necessary.
• Players will wear the same uniforms as in the spring. If you do not have a uniform, you may wear a light/dark pennie or contact  for a limited supply of uniforms to purchase.
