I forgot this Thursday is picture day so we will be at stagecoach, obviously wear your uniform.Pictures are at 6, they want us ready 15 minutes early so get there asap.

Thanks for coming out tonight, I was really pleased with practice tonight. Sometimes less is more and speaking of less we only have 4-5 players for Thursdays practice so I'm going to cancel Thursday, enjoy the rest of your week. Good day everyone, with spring break starting I wanted to throw the practice schedule at you. Heres what I need from you, I need you to let me know if you are in for one practice, and which one, or both practices, or if you are out of town for spring break entirely. If you say you are out of town all off spring break and I find out otherwise we are going to have an issue and believe it or not I find out more often than not who is doing what through the boys. Its really hard to plan a productive practice when we are missing players so please let me know.

Lastly its time to commit to the LAX team, there are a number of players that have been missing at least one practice a week because they are "sick" but were at school, they pull a no call no show, or have other commitments. Heres what I am going to tell you, I am not going to waste my energy on those players that dont commit, we have a number of players that are here to compete and I am not going to sacrifice their success over players that are not here to do the same thing. What I am saying is if your not committed to us it will reflect in your playtime. I just want to be upfront with everyone as I'm not thrilled with what I've seen to this point on the commitment side of things. To those of you I have spoken to about certain things we are all good. 

I'm not trying to go on a rant, lets just try to correct it now as the game season is about to start. Enjoy your spring break, keep the boys working on their catching, throwing, and stick skills and we will see you soon.

We have EMS from 6-7 tonight, Thursday Night. I heard the schedule is supposed to be up tonight but I missed the meeting the other night so dont quote me on that.
